Nationwide Reach, Local Expertise

CTS brings robust construction capabilities with over 420 skilled employees spread across 15 brick-and-mortar offices nationwide. Beyond our local presence, we have a dedicated national team of project managers, field managers, system performance engineers, and technicians ready to support large-scale or complex projects, or to step in when local resources are limited. This extensive network and experienced workforce ensure that CTS can deliver projects efficiently, reliably, and at scale, no matter the challenges.

Trusted on the World’s Biggest Stage

CTS has been trusted by major carriers for 6 of the last 7 Super Bowls, thanks to our proven expertise, flawless execution, and reliable in-building wireless solutions. Chosen for our ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver under pressure, we keep millions connected during one of the world’s biggest live events.

Powered by People, Driven by Excellence

At CTS, great results start with great people—and strong support. With 15 regional operations centers and a National Deployment Team, we're equipped for projects of any size, even in the most remote locations. Our national team brings expertise in everything from project management to troubleshooting, stepping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.

Success to us isn’t just about timelines and budgets—it’s about zero safety incidents, top-tier craftsmanship, and a team and client base that’s proud of the outcome. We’re always focused on raising the bar without cutting corners—and it all starts with culture.

As a service-based company, our greatest asset is our people. That’s why we invest heavily in ongoing training—mentorship, cert programs, hands-on learning, technical skills, safety, and leadership. Whether it’s mastering DAS and small cell technology or leveling up soft skills, we’re always learning—because when our people grow, so does CTS.

Building It Right: The People, Planning, and Process Behind Every Job

We match the right leaders and techs to each job based on its size and complexity, with clear goals from day one. Project leads stay ahead, removing roadblocks so crews can work without delays.

We also look for smart ways to save time—like staging materials efficiently on big sites or pre-building components in our warehouse for speed and consistency.

Our National Processing Team writes test scripts in advance and checks results nightly to catch issues early. We also create and approve IDF mockups up front to streamline rollout and maintain quality.

It's all about working smarter without sacrificing results.

Laying the Groundwork and Building It Out

At CTS, we use SiteTracker to run all turnkey projects. It helps us manage schedules, documents, finances, and communication in one place—keeping everything and everyone aligned.

Pre-Construction

Pre-construction starts once we receive the Purchase Order . The first step is a DSQ Review (Design, Scope, Quote), where the Proposal Owner and Project Owner walk through the project details to ensure everyone’s aligned. Finalized documents are uploaded to SiteTracker to avoid confusion.

After a clean hand-off:

  • The Project Owner builds the schedule and starts the JHM Tracker (Job Hours and Materials), which helps monitor labor, materials, and job progress.

  • We create safety documents like Site Specific Safety Plans and Job Hazard Analyses.

  • iBwave designs (when needed) go to our National Processing Team for cable testing prep.

  • Crew and equipment needs are finalized.

  • Permits, client coordination, and any required documentation are completed.

Construction

Construction begins with site setup: materials, storage, fencing, and a central meeting area. Each day starts with safety talks and a stretch & flex session.

During the build:

  • Daily Updates are sent to the client any time we’re on-site—even for small tasks. These updates summarize progress, goals, and any issues.

  • Cable testing begins early, with nightly results reviewed by our National Processing Team to catch and fix issues in real time.

  • Safety and quality checks happen throughout.

  • Around 70% completion, the System Performance Engineer is brought in to prep for the next phase, ensuring a smooth transition into Commissioning and Optimization.
